Absolute Translations Ltd Non-Disclosure Agreement

We hereby declare that:

We understand that through our collaborative activities, Absolute Translations may become aware of information of a confidential nature. This information may relate to technical, operational, commercial, financial, or any other matters. We agree that all such information shall be treated as confidential.

All knowledge and information expressly identified by the Client in writing as confidential, which Absolute Translations acquires during the term of this Agreement regarding the business and products of the Client, shall be maintained in confidentiality by Absolute Translations other than employees or sub-Contractors whose job performance requires such acts.

Upon first written request, we will deliver promptly confidential materials that we have received from you, in hard copy or any other format, and which has been made available to us.

This Non-Disclosure Agreement and any Contract between the parties shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

DECLARATION

Absolute Translations Limited hereby agrees to abide by the
Non-Disclosure Agreement herewith.
