The first-page price includes the certification itself, and additional pages are from £26 each for most languages. A digital certified copy by email is free where the receiving authority accepts a digital version; where a physical copy is needed, postage or courier applies.

Notarisation is charged from £50 per bundle, for the whole set of documents rather than per document, so several documents notarised together are covered by one bundle fee. Occasionally a country or authority requires each document to be notarised separately, and we will tell you if that applies to your case.

An apostille is from £85 per document, which covers the £45 FCDO legalisation fee and a £40 admin fee that includes secure courier to and from the FCDO. Additional apostilled copies are £45 each. You only need an apostille when a document is going abroad to a Hague Convention country.
