Every Specialist and Premium translation goes through two stages: translation by a native-speaker linguist, followed by an independent review of the finished translation against the source text by a second linguist, before it is delivered to you. This two-step process is what ISO 17100, the international standard for translation services, requires, and we were the first UK translation company to achieve that accreditation. For ongoing or multi-document projects, we also build and maintain a glossary and translation memory for your account, so approved terminology stays consistent across every order, not only within a single project.

We translate to and from more than 200 languages and language variants, from the major European and Asian languages through to less commonly requested combinations, and our specialist pool covers subject areas including legal, medical, financial, technical, marketing and public-sector translation. Client documents are handled under GDPR-compliant processes, with independently regulated information-security systems and confidentiality agreements in place for every linguist working on your project. We are used by organisations including the UK government and the NHS for exactly this reason: sensitive documents need a translation partner that treats confidentiality as a default, not an add-on.
