Our quotation offers you the opportunity to select between four different translation options so that the most suitable translator will be matched to your documents. These four options also ensure that you do not pay more than what you need for your translations. As per our ISO 17100:2015 certification, all four options guarantee that the translation will be carried out by a professional translator, a native speaker of the target language, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Please find below more information on each of the options:
Option 1 is recommended for standard documents, which are translated and proofread by one professional translator.
Option 2 offers proofreading by a second qualified translator, who polishes and checks the translation in regards to spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Proofreading by a second independent translator is a service highly recommended for the translation of websites or any other document that is going to be published or printed for the general public.
At Absolute Translations, we class the language combination of your document as important as the subject matter and we are therefore matching your documents to qualified linguists who have expertise in the specific sector. Options 3 and 4, the specialist options, are recommended for documents with sector-specific terminology, such as medical, legal, or financial, and also for marketing content that needs to be transcreated rather than translated.
Option 3 allows for the translation to be carried out by a professional translator who has the same language skills, but is also a specialist in the specific subject of your documents, with relevant qualifications, background, and experience.
Option 4 offers a specialist translation as well as proofreading by a second independent translator to ensure that the document is polished and quality-checked.
